South Carolina Public Land Hog Hunting: Archery and Firearm hunting on the Pee Dee River
With an ever growing hog population and ample hunting seasons South Carolina hog hunting is becoming a popular non resident hunt. On the Pee Dee River system there is approximately 40,000 public acres available to hunt hogs. After several years of bow and rifle hunting on these wmas I have narrowed down the right habitat, and areas that consistently produce hogs. The benefit to hiring me is a fast track to the game and a helping hand to get you in and out of these thick and tangled river bottoms.
These hunts will be conducted in a semi guided manner. I will show you an area with current hog activity and help you place your stand or ground blind. From there you will be left alone to hunt. If successful I will help you track and get your game out and to the skinning pole or processor.
There is no limit on hogs on these hunts. Deer May also be taken with appropriate weapons in their respective seasons for no extra charge.
